Our Therapeutic Services

We offer a variety of therapeutic services to best meet your needs!

Therapy for Adults & Young Adults

Life is full of unexpected challenges, and healing doesn't have to happen alone. Our clinicians believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship you build together—a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Through individual therapy, we work collaboratively to better understand what's contributing to your distress, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and help you develop the insight and skills needed to create lasting change. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking greater balance and fulfillment, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Growing up comes with unique challenges, and every child and teen deserves a safe, supportive space to express themselves and build resilience. Our clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents, tailoring treatment to each young person's developmental needs, strengths, and goals. We work collaboratively with children, teens, and their caregivers to foster emotional growth, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life's challenges. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, we help young people better understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Our clinicians draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapies, and insight-oriented interventions, to meet each child or adolescent where they are.

Family Therapy & Parent Training

Families play a vital role in a child's emotional well-being, and involving parents and caregivers in treatment can be an important part of the therapeutic process. Our clinicians recognize that challenges rarely exist in isolation and that strengthening family relationships can lead to meaningful, lasting change.

We provide family therapy to help families improve communication, navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and adjust to life transitions such as divorce, blended families, relocation, or other significant changes. We also offer parent consultation and parent training to help caregivers better understand their child's emotional and behavioral needs, build effective parenting strategies, and foster healthy development both at home and beyond.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific family concern or looking to strengthen your family's connection, our clinicians work collaboratively with you to create practical, compassionate solutions tailored to your family's unique needs.

Supervision

As the founder of the practice, Dr. Gerber is deeply committed to the education and mentorship of emerging mental health professionals. She provides clinical supervision to trainees within the practice and to clinicians in the community seeking to further develop their clinical expertise and professional identity.

Supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Areas of focus include case conceptualization, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, transference and countertransference, ethical decision-making, and the development of a thoughtful, authentic clinical style. Supervision is tailored to each clinician's experience level and professional goals, fostering both clinical competence and confidence.

Assessment Testing

Understanding how you or your child learns, thinks, and processes information can be a powerful first step toward meaningful growth and success. Our practice provides comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for individuals ages 5–90, helping to identify cognitive, learning, attention, and emotional factors that may be impacting daily functioning.

Our clinicians conduct individualized, evidence-based assessments to evaluate concerns such as ADHD, dyslexia and other learning disorders, executive functioning challenges, and related cognitive or psychological difficulties. Each evaluation is thoughtfully tailored to the individual's unique questions and concerns.

Following the evaluation, we provide a detailed report with diagnostic impressions, individualized recommendations, and practical strategies to support success at school, work, home, and throughout everyday life. We strive to ensure that every evaluation offers clarity, direction, and a roadmap for moving forward with confidence.
